FAQs

For exhibition orders, we will be delivering to your stand the day prior to the show, which can be anytime between 8am to 8pm. You do not have to be present, and all items will be collected from the stand once the show ends.

If there is any discrepancies regarding your furniture at the show, you must inform us within 24 hours via email to hello@thorns.co.uk.

Once you have made your selection, add it to your basket and checkout. After you enter billing details, please select your show from the drop down box and enter your stand number.

If we are the official furniture supplier to your exhibition, the price includes delivery and collection to/from your stand for the whole duration of the show.

No, VAT is added at check out.

Hire for exhibitions is for the full duration and we will deliver and collect the furniture from the stands for you.
